Software Engineer / Full-stack · AI-native

Cem Bilen

I build web products from interface to backend: application logic, APIs and the data behind them. I work with AI throughout development, bringing software engineering, UX and conversion thinking into the same process.

What I build

Frontend engineering

Responsive React and Next.js interfaces, reusable components and design systems. Clear interactions across loading, empty, error and success states.

Backend & integrations

Application logic, APIs, relational data models, authentication and access control. Connecting the interface to the services and data it depends on.

AI-native development

AI agents are part of how I explore, implement, debug and review. I define the requirements, evaluate technical choices and verify the result with tests and real usage flows.

UX & conversion

Experience in SaaS UX, funnel analysis and A/B testing helps me make engineering decisions around usability, product goals and measurable hypotheses.

Engineering with product context

Software engineer with a foundation in computer programming and databases. I build full-stack web products, desktop tools and realtime applications, including AI integrations. My AI-native workflow combines Codex and Claude Code with architecture, typed contracts, code review and automated testing. UX, design systems and conversion optimization inform my engineering decisions.

My background starts with database programming and a Computer Programming degree, followed by web development, SaaS UX and CRO roles. Today, I bring those skills together through full-stack product development.

How I work

  1. 01

    Define the problem

Map the user flow, constraints, data and acceptance criteria before implementation.

  2. 02

    Build in focused steps

Break the work into reviewable changes, use AI to support development, and keep interfaces and application logic aligned.

  3. 03

    Verify and document

Check critical paths, error states and responsive behavior, then document decisions and the next steps.
